Mr. Gassman is in charge of the firm's General Administration, Computer Technology, and the Electrical Engineering Department. As principal-in-charge, he has the overall responsibility for projects, directs and reviews all work; identifies tasks and issues to be addressed; assists in providing technical solutions; develops and monitors budgets and schedules; coordinates with outside agencies; and gives direction and guidance for the solution of critical issues to assure the quality of proposed solutions.

He has a wide range of experience in environmental engineering: electrical, HVAC and process instrumentation services for water pollution control, wastewater treatment, transportation, industrial as well as housing and institutional facilities both nationally and abroad. Past experience includes the design of field electrification consisting of five generating stations, 35 kV electrical distribution lines for Taiz Water Supply, Yemen, Arab Republic. While in the service, Mr. Gassman was Resident Officer-In-Charge of Construction for the Space Flight Tracking Station, Gran Canary Island, Spain: Inspection and administration of a construction contract to build a tracking station for NASA.
