4760 - Alterations/Improvements to Kitchen
Chu & Gassman provided the design and construction
observation for the installation of three
new walk-in freezers and one refrigerator
in the kitchen area. Project included modifications
to existing pantries and food preparation
areas, new kitchen walls and floors together
with new lighting. Project phasing design
was provided to prevent interruption to existing
kitchen operation.
Project 4289 - Modular Office Buildings Chu
& Gassman provided the design for modular
offices and an office addition to the Center=s
Engineering Department at Building #5. New
electric service was provided. Coordination
with Suffolk County Department of Health was
required to complete the design of the wastewater
treatment system for this project. |
